Delivery
Deliveries within the U.K only will be by first class Royal Mail post. All post to Europe and Rest Of World will be made by small packet Royal Mail post.
Postal Charges
We believe in no nonsense online shopping. The price of the product is what you pay. There will be no hidden postage charges lurking at the end of your shopping trip with us. Postal charges are in line with the recent postal charge update on the 30th April 2012.
UK
£2.36 for the first unit plus £0.75 per extra unit.
Europe
£4.42 for the first unit plus £1.30 per extra unit.
Rest of World Zone 1
£7.37 for the first unit plus £2.70 per extra unit.
Rest of World Zone 2
£7.57 for the first unit plus £2.70 per extra unit.

You are responsible for paying all customs or import duty charges
Card Payment Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. We do not store debt / credit card information, this is dealt with by our secure online payment gateway Sage Pay.
Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and Shogun Audio Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
Faulty goods
All goods sent out are checked before dispatch. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice and then return the goods for inspection. When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us. If a refund is made we shall endeavour to refund within 30 days. Governing Law
This contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.Your statutory rights are not affected
