Blooom and Duskee join forces for ‘Lockdown’, a heavyweight new cut landing on Shogun Audio. This marks the first single in the lead up to Blooom's debut album and it sets the pace for the campaign in brilliant fashion. Built around a cinematic soundscape of dark atmospheres, tension and colossal low-end, ‘Lockdown’ wastes no time in setting the tone before detonating into a full-force drum & bass assault. Blooom’s precision-engineered production brings the scale and impact, balancing huge drums and heavyweight bass pressure with a widescreen sense of drama.

At the centre of it all is Duskee, delivering the kind of unmistakable vocal performance that has made him one of the most recognisable voices in modern drum & bass. Raw, commanding and dripping in attitude, his flow cuts through the production with serious intent, adding layer upon layer of greaze to an already menacing roller. The result is a track built for maximum impact - dark, cinematic and absolutely relentless. ‘Lockdown’ marks a natural meeting point between Blooom’s high-octane production and Duskee’s unmistakable energy, landing squarely in the heavyweight territory, it will be sure to rattle ribcages across raves on a global scale.
